Is it spam?
These emails are not spam. Your name, surname and email account are used to send you this email and nothing else. here has been a lot of emphasis on ensuring the legality of these mails, therefore you should not be worried about them.
Can I unsubscribe or subscribe?
You cannot, the list is closed. It doesn´t admit new inscriptions (except Company agreement) and it doesn’t allow for the exclusion of individuals on demand either. If there is any reason why you shouldn’t receive these emails, talk to the person in charge of your Company information security management.
